Leevandia-entertainment exists in the Russian market since 2010. We are young but perspective team of professionals, having produced a number of successful projects that became participants and the winners of Russian and international film festivals. Among them is short movie “Sea of desires” directed by Shota Gamisonia - BEST MOVIE of Cottbus FF 2010, official selection of Clermont-Ferrand FF 2011 etc;  short feature film “Field, Clowns, Apple…” directed by Shota Gamisonia, that took part in more than 30  festivals all over the world such as Bolzano Short Film Festival, Rotterdam Film Festival, Trieste Film Festival and others; and “Mutuality” directed by Michail Levitin, that participated in “Kinotavr” Russian Film Festival etc.

Our major activity is feature and short film production. And what is more important we do not put irresistible margin between commercial and art films. On the contrary we strive to make art films be commercially successful. Our main goal is to help this kind of movies get realization in the film market.

One of our activities is promotion of Russian movies at international film festivals and international market. Leevandia-entertainment is the first Russian company which provides the services like that. We help young authors and important studios as well to present their films at festivals all over the world and to find the ways of international distribution. We possess our unique database which includes the most popular and prestigious film festivals and markets of different countries. It allows to define, where it is better to send this or that film. Our movies should be significant. People should watch it and talk about it. That’s our mission.

Distribution – one of our the most important activities. We promote the most talented and perspective Russian short movies in Russia and abroad. Audience should know about Russian films of high quality. Moreover international companies should be interested in screening, broadcasting and including these films in best dvd-collections. That’s why we create a catalogue of Russian short movies of different genres, nominees and favorites of important international festivals to propose these movies to our partners all over the world. We guarantee copyright compliance for all interested sides. We execute monitoring of the results of our work to increase the efficiency of our cooperation with directors, producers and leading world distributors as well. 

At the moment there are more than 200 film producing companies in Russia among which we want to occupy our own special place. So our main aim in Russian film industry we see in showing a new Western European level of film production creating competitive movies not only for Russian but for international market as well. We also develop the coproduction activity and for two years of work we have already established business contacts with foreign partners from Germany, Bulgaria,  RSA and Morocco.
